How pre-order works

Pre-order on your phone, then pay at any MobileGo kiosk within 24 hours.

The three steps

    Pick a service
    Send Money, Bill Pay, Gaming House, International Top-Up, or Digital Cards.
  2. 2
    Confirm your details
    Enter your phone number, the carrier or biller, and the amount. You'll get a pickup code.
  3. 3
    Pay at any MobileGo kiosk
    Show your pickup code to the kiosk within 24 hours. Pay with cash or card. Your service is loaded instantly.

Frequently asked

How long is my pickup code valid?+
24 hours from the time you placed the pre-order. After that it expires and you'll need to start over.
What payment methods does the kiosk accept?+
Cash and card (Visa, Mastercard, debit). The kiosk handles all payment processing.
Can I cancel a pre-order?+
Yes. If you haven't paid yet, the pre-order auto-expires after 24 hours. No charge if you don't show up.
What if the kiosk is out of service?+
Try the nearest other MobileGo kiosk. Your pickup code works at any of them.
I lost my pickup code. What now?+
Open the Track tab and enter your phone number — your recent orders will be listed.

Bring your phone
Open the Track tab and show your pickup code to the kiosk screen.
Have payment ready
Cash bills or a card. The kiosk shows you the exact amount due.
